Dr Vepa was born on August 3, 1983, in the city of Mary, Turkmenistan. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education, he pursued his childhood dream of becoming a physician by enrolling in Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. Following his medical degree, he completed his specialization in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat – ENT) at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital.
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Silapov has developed particular expertise in rhinoplasty (nose aesthetics), pediatric ENT disorders, and snoring surgery.
